A 5 minute meditation to help you experiment with self-attunement. Traditional wisdom is that Reiki needs to be “switched on” via an attunement, and the attunement needs to be done by a Reiki Master. But the culmination and evolution of Reiki over the years has opened it to a more assessable energy. In effect Reiki is ready to give attunements directly to the recipient, and you, the recipient is ready to receive attunements directly from Reiki.
