One of the qualities of Reiki is that it flows automatically once you have completed your Reiki 1 class, there is no need to use intention or have any particular gift or practice to use Reiki effectively.

The Reiki Attunement is what activates Reiki in your hands so is a crucial part of Reiki training. It is also the hardest part to explain! In this video we do our best to demystify the attunement, or at least put it in a context that may be helpful, or not 😉
