The Reiki Centre Lineage

Elaine Hamilton, the founder of The Reiki Centre trained as a Reiki Master in 1996, at that time there was only one known lineage, and that came down via Hawayo Takata. Since that time there have been other lineages appearing from different teachers of both Chujiro Hayashi and Mikao Usui. Our lineage has the advantage of both of Elaine's teachers, Esther and John Veltheim, having done extensive training from several of Takata's teachers.
