About the Event
A day to relax, come back into your centre and deeply rejuvenate. A day to reconnect and deepen your Reiki practice, learn new skills and increase your confidence as a Reiki practitioner.
- Levels of energy - revisiting what we think of as energy, the different vibrationary levels, and exploring each level for deeper understanding
- Exploring Reiki - through mindfulness, experiential exercises, and reflection we explore our relationship with Reiki and what Reiki means to us personally
- Intuitive Reiki healing - a playful session to give healing to others and feel the intuitive knowledge we possess when healing with Reiki
- Self-Attunement - a guided introduction to attuning yourself to Reiki, and why you would want to do that regularly
The day includes ample time to chat and share. The above sessions may not be in this order but all will be included. No pre-requisites, beginners and advanced practitioners equally welcome.
