An afternoon of releasing and letting go of outdated habits, patterns or unseen beliefs that stop your alignment with your inner truth and self-expression. Come with your heart's desire, goal, or deep wish and we will look at ways you are blocked in achieving this
Reiki attunement - asking for Universal life force alignment through the beautiful Reiki attunement
Heart's Desire - what is your heart yearning for? How would you express it in a sentence? How would it make you feel?
Intuitive Reiki healing - guided Reiki healing into your subconscious to uncover past life, ancestral or deep seated beliefs that create obstacles to your progress
Honouring and Surrendering - a beautiful exercise for releasing, self compassion, letting go.
The above sessions may not be in this order but all will be included. No pre-requisites, beginners and advanced practitioners equally welcome.
