Reiki Online Healing with Elaine

A monthly Reiki healing with Elaine, enjoy a chat before relaxing for a 30 minute Reiki sending for your healing and balance. You can play relaxing music during the healing and lie down or sit comfortably. Elaine will send you a Reiki attunement followed by a healing, and you are also encouraged to place your own hands on yourself for self-healing.

You can come for general balancing or a more specific intention or affirmation. Reiki sending healings are very insightful when you hold a certain intention for more insight, root cause healing or to harmonise specific issues. Elaine will explain more about this before the healing.

The meeting and healing meditation is 45mins followed by 15mins optional Reiki Q & A or sharing.
