Reiki 1 (Beginners)

Reiki 1 is the foundation course for activating the Reiki flow in your hands.  This course is ideal for anyone wanting to increase their vitality and energy and reduce stress.  Reiki is so easy to use that it is ideal for lay people who are not familiar with natural health and methods of healing as it provides an excellent foundation for exploring other types of modalities.

Anyone can activate Reiki in their hands and after the course your Reiki is accessible to you for life.  The workshop itself is a great healing experience and a wonderful way to take your health to the next level!

Three days 9.30am-1.30pm:

• Introduction to Energy and Healing
• Usui Reiki history and background
• 4 Reiki Attunements
• Balancing technique for the Chakra Energy system
• Full body healing treatment
• First aid treatment
• Giving others a Reiki treatment
• Giving Reiki to animals and plants
• Intuitive Healing treatment

Includes comprehensive manual, ongoing email support, monthly virtual and face to face Reiki group. 

FREE access to Elaine's online videos and Reiki 1 Homestudy materials so you can revisit and revise the class anytime.

COVID-19 Restrictions

Due to the current COVID restrictions, class size is currently limited. Payment and cancellations are therefore more strict than usual. Please do register on the waitlist if the class is full in case restrictions ease.

Payment is in full to secure a place. Full refund is provided if cancellation is within 1 week of the event, 50% refund if within 1 week to 48 hours. Within 48 hours of the event I cannot offer a refund but depending on circumstances you may be able to move to the next available workshop.

All COVID guidelines at the time of the workshop will be adhered to.

Full refunds will be given if the event needs to be cancelled or COVID restrictions prevents the event from running.
