About the Event
For Reiki Level 2 and Above.
Based on the first two stages of Reiki as a spiritual path, this workshop looks at the importance of inhabiting your own body, finding the courage and curiosity to look within ourselves for the answers. Using the Reiki self-treatment as a doorway into the amazing barometer of the body.
Secondly we look at the sending skills we learn at Reiki 2 to more effectively decondition our minds from limiting beleifs and barriers to help achieve inner peace and harmony. We explore Reiki labels, sending technique, and more tips and ideas to deepen your own self-discovery.
The day is interactive with exercises to deepen your own experience of Reiki and how to use it to fast track your own spiritual journey
