Discovering the Stillness Within

This is not a Reiki event, but a spiritual journey back into the core of your being. We are all born with perfect connection and awareness of our oneness, our connection with source, as source. Quickly we are given a name, an identity, and separation begins. Layers upon layers of beliefs, identities, and roles develop until all the connection feels lost.

Take this day for reconnection. Guided by meditation and being still. In the stopping you may be greeted by a cacophony of noise and discomfort. Dropping through this facade and false illusion reveals a deep inner peace that has never left us.

The day includes movement, an introduction to inquiry and meditation, 4 sessions of seated meditation and sacred song (nonreligious). Accommodations will be made for those uncomfortable sitting on the floor, complete beginners to yoga and meditation are warmly welcome, but please note long meditations may be challenging…
