1. WEEKLY GUIDED MEDITATION

Elaine hosts live Wednesday meditations and discussion, 12.30pm UK time, which are also recorded. These will explore different themes, expand your energy, and bring healing and support to anything you are working through. Join live or listen in your own time.

A private space for discussion, questions and sharing. Come with an open heart and contribute to our combined and exponential growth - this is the power of group intention.
