A monthly themed video aligned with the global energy movements will set the scene at the beginning of every month. This will give a powerful focus for our combined intention.

2. WEEKLY GUIDED MEDITATION

Elaine hosts live Friday meditations and healing, 1pm GST, which are also recorded. These will deepen the themes, expand the group energy, and bring healing and support to anything you are working through. Join live or listen in your own time.
