About the Event

A day to explore meditation and begin your own practice. Many of us struggle to get started, to know the tips and tricks to manage our own meditation practice. There are so many myths and misunderstandings around meditation that make it difficult to deepen and understand.

Yet we all know the benefits; better focus, clarity and intuition. More peace, calm and vitality. Less stress, anxiety and anger. What's not to want? A Meditation mindset is also the perfect compliment to your Reiki practice, allowing you to deepen, gain insights and advance your spiritual growth. 

We explore simple tools and techniques to help you begin your own practice, but also bust some myths around meditation and how it "should" be done. This day is suitable for complete beginners but also anyone who wants to deepen their meditation practice and take it to the next level.
