Kundalini Yoga, Tuesdays 10.30-11.30am
A very different yoga class! The class uses specific kriyas (series of postures), breath work, meditations and mantras, to cultivate inner peace, and embrace our personal power. This class is taught by a community of four teachers.
Adyashanti Gathering, Fridays 11am-12.30pm
These gatherings are to bring us together as a group to support and nurture our inner journey. Every week we will review an aspect of Adyashanti’s teaching and contemplate the passage or video through meditation. Meditation sessions are silent and 40 minutes in length.
Join Elaine and Yoga teacher Ming Li as they co-create a yin yoga practice in resonance to the magical sounds of crystal singing bowls. Yin Yoga is a relatively gentle yoga practice that targets the deep connective tissues or fascia, regulating the flow of energy (or chi) throughout our body.
Hatha Yoga with Karen, Fridays 9.30am-10.45am
My classes will involve breathing techniques, asanas (postures) pranayama (channeling energy using breath as a tool) and a little meditation. This class is suitable for all levels to come and de-stress & enjoy the union of mind & body:)
